TOLEDO, Ohio----Health Care REIT, Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend for the quarter ended June 30, 2010 of $0.69 per share. The dividend will be the companys 157th consecutive quarterly payment, payable August 20, 2010, to stockholders of record on August 9, 2010.

NURSING
Each state has different requirements for continuing education including the total number of CE's required and the type of credits that will be accepted. Also, some states limit the number of HOME STUDY hours that will be allowed. All of our courses are considered HOME STUDY and all of our courses are direct patient related in content as well as relative to the Nursing profession. Many of our courses are related to respiratory, pulmonary or cardiac subjects and are appropriate for Respiratory Therapist’s as well as Nurses.
If you are not sure of your specific state requirements, please check with your STATE BOARD. Most states list their website or phone numbers on the back of the license you carry in your wallet. With a simple phone call, or website visit to your state board, you can verify your requirements for CE's and where you are allowed to get them. A few states accept courses approved only by a specific board. If your state accepts approval by other state nursing boards, they usually will accept courses approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing. Our provider number is CEP 15024.
